PSA - BRANDING | SaaS UI | Web | Marketing
Problem:
Branding and SaaS interface overhaul.
The PSA branding was dated and lacked the polish necessary to compete in the Product Lifecycle Management space. I was instrumental in bringing a modern technology stack to solve for scalability, responsiveness, and overall modernization of a javascript framework that will allow for a better user experience by utilizing a design system to keep the overall look and feel consistent throughout the web app.
Solution:
I researched the competition and showcased how PSA could position itself as a leader in the product lifecycle management industry. I introduced an evolution of the original colors by using a complementary color pallet color spectrum that evokes a sense of loyalty and trust that is crucial to building relationships with potential customers. This branding effort touched every aspect of the company including the core SaaS product, CMPRO as well as the branded elements of traditional media.
Design Elements

Creative guidelines and management of visual design language using Design System Management
Brand identity and all marketing materials

SaaS UI and Design System Creation
I was the Senior Design Manager responsible for the creation of the visual design language and accessibility compliance standards applied to the re-design of an Oracle forms web app. This app, CMPRO, is used by many companies with critical platforms in a highly secure environment.
Design System Creation
User Story creation and execution of UX prototypes
Font Awesome integration for iconography
Typography
Interactive prototyping for delivery to development for implementation
Web Design
I recreated the website in WordPress (Prototyping Webflow now) to allow multiple users to have access to change the content. This simple workflow allows PSA the ability to control the look and feel of the website while allowing access to the content for customer support staff, compliance, and IT. Because there are no direct purchasing or turnkey SaaS options, this was the most economical and feasible option for the company to decide to implement.
